Fundraising tipsFor blokes

01

Be bold, mate

Don't be shy, let everyone know you're raising funds for men's mental health. Post it on socials, chat it up with your mates at the pub, or drop it casually at family BBQs. Own it like a legend!

02

Make it a challenge

Put some muscle behind it! Promise to do something wild if you hit your goal. Shave your beard, run in a costume, or take an ice bath, whatever gets people throwing cash your way. The more ridiculous, the better!

03

Set a bloke-sized goal

No half-measures here! Set a goal that makes people pay attention, like $500 or $1000, and make it clear that you're serious about smashing it. Blokes love a good challenge, after all.

04

Get the boys involved

Make it a team effort! Get your mates to help spread the word, host a group event, or chip in themselves. Everyone's got a mate who can't say no when it's for a good cause!

05

Pub fundraiser night

Organise a night at the local with raffles, games, or trivia, and donate the proceeds. You get to have a laugh with the boys, and everyone feels good for supporting a cause that matters.

06

Spare change jar

Set up a "mental health jar" at your work or local spot. Tell people to throw in their loose change, or notes if they're feeling generous, when they pop by for a coffee or pint. You'll be surprised how quickly it adds up.

07

Be honest, be real

Men's mental health is serious business, and sharing your own story or why it matters to you can really resonate. Be open with your network, they'll appreciate your honesty and be more likely to support.

08

Create a friendly competition

Challenge other blokes to see who can raise the most. Make it a race, and offer a prize for the winner (like a round of beers or a steak dinner). Bragging rights are guaranteed!

09

Show progress like a champ

Keep your supporters in the loop! Share updates, thank them publicly, and show how close you're getting to the target. People love knowing they're making a difference, and they might even donate more!

10

Host a "manly" event

Think BBQ cook-offs, sports tournaments, or even axe-throwing nights! Charge a small entry fee, have some fun, and watch the funds roll in while you support men's mental health in the most bloke-worthy way possible.

You've got this.

Go on, get fundraising and show the world that blokes care about each other's mental health.
