WE SUPPORT MEN, PURE AND SIMPLE.
Spoke to a Bloke was established as a result of the tragic passing of Nick Dunn, who took his own life in June 2021.
We are a registered charity. We run ridiculously fun events that help blokes connect and raise funds for our men's mental health partners.
Join us and let's help as many men as we can have a conversation that could “help a head” and even save a life.
A unique event for blokes to come together in memory of Nick Dunn. We started Nick's Walk in 2021 after we lost Nick to suicide.
We walk and talk for 25km finishing with a BBQ lunch and a few well earned beverages. It's a real opportunity to connect with old and new mates while supporting men's mental health.

THE GOLF DAY
A golf day for blokes with all the bells and whistles. We are in the process of planning our first day on the green. Expect something different.
HELP THE HEAD HEADBAND CHALLENGE
Something for men, women, boys and girls. The aim is simple, have some fun and help raise awareness around men's mental health. Invite one person, a group, a team, a business.
Wear the “Help the Head” headband and record your challenge on socials. Go on walks, hit the gym, play a team game, climb a mountain or go for a walk, most importantly grab a mate and have a conversation.
Life will always have its challenges and sometimes us blokes can feel like we have to suffer in silence.
