FAQs

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

We started Spoke to a Bloke after losing our brother and best mate to suicide.  As a team, we work on the charity weekends and after hours, we are passionate about making a real impact.

100% of funds raised goes directly to running the charity, our events and projects to support blokes mental health.

For more information on where the money goes visit our projects

WHY DOES THE WALK FINISH AT HOTELS, PUBS AND CLUBS?

The feedback we have had is blokes wanted to get together and celebrate the completion of the challenge. The finish venue is capped at 3 hours and gives blokes the opportunity to continue conversations they started on the walk.

We are aware that alcohol can be a contributing factor to blokes having poor mental health and struggles. We do not promote drinking as part of the event. We do respect each blokes right to choose. At each venue we provide a catered lunch and make both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available.
