OUR
PROJECTS
We are continually looking for ways to expand and improve our projects, ensuring funds raised have the biggest possible impact.
40% of men have never spoken to anyone about their mental health. Of those, 29% who haven't done so say they are "too embarrassed" to speak.
In addition, 75% of mental health practitioners have wait lists. The average wait time between a person needing support and attending their first session is currently 5-6 weeks and up to 3 months in some cases.
We believe that easily accessed and relevant digital content, tailored for blokes can be effective in bridging the gap.
The M.I.N.D.S project is an initiative to bring together a wide range of mental health experts, knowledgeable individuals and everyday blokes to create 24/7 help content aimed at supporting adult and younger men.
THE VISION OF THIS PROJECT IS TO PROVIDE TAILORED VIDEO SUPPORT FOR BLOKES DELIVERED VIA DIGITAL CHANNELS.
CO-PILOT HELPS MEN FIND THE MOST APPROPRIATE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT RESOURCES QUICKLY.
Realising something isn’t quite right is the first step. It’s like knowing there might be something wrong with your car but if left too long it could cause a serious issue… so it’s good to get things checked.

Co-Pilot is a guide to help understand the different types of support available. It may just be a chat with a mate, or getting more exercise by joining a gym, maybe a new hobby, or talking with a GP or mental health professional.

Mental health challenges vary from things easily fixed to more complex issues. Whatever the challenge there is help and support available and a pathway to a better future.
We don’t want money to be a hurdle for blokes who would benefit from professional support.

While you may may be eligible for subsidised mental health services under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative, we know that this might not always available, easily accessed, or even enough.

That’s why we’ve partnered with selected psychologists who specialise in men’s mental health, and use part of the funds we raise to reduce the cost of these services to blokes that need it most.
