LET'S GET MEN TALKING SESSIONS

These 90-minute sessions are built with blokes in mind – real, honest, and straight-talking. We’ll give you the tools to spot when you or a mate might be doing it tough, how to have a proper conversation about it, and where to go for support.

This isn’t a lecture – it’s about getting men talking in a way that feels genuine. Whether you're catching up with old mates or connecting with new ones, this is a safe, welcoming space for everyone.

At the heart of it, our goal is simple: help more men feel confident having the chats that matter, and strengthen mental health across our communities.

Let’s show up, have the yarns, and support each other – because no bloke should ever have to go it alone.

LET'S GET MEN TALKING HOUR OF POWER

The Let’s Get Men Talking: Hour of Power is a shorter, focused session built for blokes and busy schedules. Each session centres on a specific mental health or wellbeing topic and is led by Steve from Anchor Health or another trusted professional partner.

We’ll unpack the topic, share practical tools, and create space for open, honest conversation. This isn’t a lecture — it’s a safe, welcoming environment where men can listen, reflect, and share if they choose.

At its heart, the Hour of Power is about building confidence to have the conversations that matter and strengthening mental health across our communities.
